Post Updated Building Energy Efficiency Label.

Today is the last day to replace your existing label with the latest energy efficiency score. Local Law 33 of 2018 requires all large building owners subject to the benchmarking law to display the energy grade of each building annually, in a clearly visible location. 

File petition to review tax commissioner’s final determination of 2023–24 real property taxes.
